The Omega Image Pro name, logo, website design, original source code, documentation, application interface, written content and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

User images

Alpha & Omega Limited does not claim ownership of images merely because they are processed through Omega Image Pro. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights required to process and redistribute submitted materials.

Platform copying

Unless expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law, users may not copy, repackage, resell, create a competing derivative distribution from, remove ownership notices from, or falsely claim ownership of Omega Image Pro software or original site assets.

Third-party rights

Third-party technologies, standards and codecs retain the rights and licenses of their respective owners. A commercial deployment should retain any third-party notices included with the distributed package.

Reports

You may use reports and output generated from your own authorized content for your own lawful purposes, subject to third-party rights in the underlying content.
