Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha & Omega Limited handles information when you use Omega Image Pro.
1. No account requirement
Omega Image Pro does not require a user account, login, profile or subscription identity for ordinary use. The platform is designed to minimize collection of personal information.
2. Local browser data
The PWA may use localStorage, Cache Storage and IndexedDB to save application files, preferences, locally selected image assets and audit history on your device. This data remains under your browser profile unless you export it or clear it.
3. Temporary server processing
When you use online conversion or website analysis, technical request data and processing files necessarily pass through the hosting server. Uploaded files and generated outputs are intended to be temporary and may be automatically removed after the configured retention period. Do not upload confidential information unless you are comfortable with server-side processing.
4. Website audit requests
When you submit a public URL, the Omega server makes HTTP requests to that target to inspect publicly accessible pages and image resources. The target website may log the Omega server's IP address and request metadata as it would for other visitors or automated clients.
5. Server logs and security
Hosting infrastructure may record standard security and access logs such as IP address, user agent, request time, response status and requested path. These records may be used for security, abuse prevention, debugging and service reliability.
6. Contact communications
If you email or submit a contact form, we receive the information you provide so we can answer your enquiry. We do not sell contact information.
7. Analytics and advertising
The distributed website package does not require third-party advertising, behavioral profiling or third-party analytics to operate. If Alpha & Omega Limited later enables additional analytics, this policy and the site disclosure should be updated before deployment.
8. Children
Omega Image Pro is a general-purpose technical tool and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about children through the service.
9. Your controls
You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings, remove local Media Library items from the application, and contact legal@omegaimagepro.com for privacy enquiries concerning information held by Alpha & Omega Limited.
10. International processing
Internet services can be accessed internationally and hosting infrastructure may process information in the location of the configured hosting provider. Users are responsible for determining whether use of the service is appropriate in their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current published version.
